Wonderful place, amazingly amazing team!! I joined CFI as a beginner in workout program and with multiple bone fractures (recovering)šŸ˜€. I was totally very nervous for my first few sessions but all my fears, overwhelming feelings were always squashed immediately by the coaches. They all are amazingly patient , caring and understanding people who are always their to support, guide and encourage you . The other important factor is the environment at CFI is very friendly and supportive. Special Thanks to coach Katy who always answers my queries with full patience and squashes my worries!! šŸ™‚ It turned out to be a happy and exciting place for me.

When you start at CrossFit Issaquah, your fitness level will improve quickly, usually in the first 30 days. The key to see results is consistency and commitment over time so that’s why we recommend 3 classes per week as a start. Sign up today!

Yes! We believe your eating habits and recovery habits outside the gym are an important part of your success. We offer nutrition coaching tailored to your goals to help you maximize results from your efforts in the gym. Ask us about scheduling a free nutrition consult today!

Nope! Most of our members start just like you. We assess each new members fitness level. Then our workouts are “universally scaled”, with a different version of each days workout designed for every level. As you level up you can take on more challenging variants of the workout if you desire. Sign up today!

What separates us from other gyms is the calculated and scientific approach we take towards programming our workouts and pairing that with Nutrition Coaching to ensure our members have success.

If you’re a beginner and just starting out then 2-4 times per week will be enough to see results and allow you to adjust.

You’ll be sore some days, so allow yourself recovery days between training sessions at first – over the course of the following months work up towards 5 days per week if you want to maximize! Sign up today!

Each class is 45 minutes long led by certified coaches. You will warm up at your own pace to activate the muscles we will use in the workout.

The coach will brief the group on the workout including demonstrating the movements, proper form and pacing. During the workout the coach will be guiding you and providing feedback and instruction.

We offer scientifically designed and varied programming to keep workouts fun and ensure our members are making progress all year round. Our workout program changes seasonally to incorporate strength, muscle building movements and workouts to improve your cardiovascular systems. Most days include a variety of strength movements that may include barbell, dumbbell or kettlebell movements. We also include daily conditioning (cardio) in the form of workouts with rowers, bikes, ski-ergs, running or bodyweight movements.
